Grace Kelly breadhouse

GK co-owner and operator Grace Kelly, a Fort Wayne native, graduated from the award winning Kendall College School of Culinary Arts in 2010. Specializing with a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts, she spent the next six years working at some of the top restaurants in Maui, Chicago and Houston.

Returning home to Fort Wayne she began working as the Executive Pastry Chef for the Affine Food Truck and Junk Ditch Brewing Company. Seeing the demand for high quality artisanal baking, the Affine/ Junk Ditch Brewing Co owners and Grace Kelly began selling their products wholesale to many local businesses. They plan to keep expanding GK in the future, keeping their attention to detail, high quality and well executed breads, desserts and pastries at the forefront.

All of our Gourmet Grilled Cheese sandwiches are made with GK Bakery’s Pullman Loaf, which is a white bread enriched with butter and non-fat milk solids.
